This snake top is one of a kind. "Hologram" is an all-black sleeveless top featuring a subtle gold snake that slithers over the right shoulder and down the back. This top is a perfect addition to grungy boots and denim, or a more glammed up mini-skirt-and-tights look.
SIZING: This garment is MADE TO ORDER just for you. During purchase, select the size you generally order (this is just for our reference), and we will contact you via email to obtain your exact measurements (using the address you enter at checkout).
FABRIC: Because most of our garments are made from recycled materials, occasionally there will be very small variations in fabric shades/textures. Usually these variations are not noticeable, however, when we email you for measurements feel free to ask for photos of the fabric. We will make sure you are totally satisfied before we start production!

We have a 30-day return policy. This means that upon your receipt of the purchased item you have 30 days to request a return and drop it off at the nearest shipping facility. You must provide tracking and the item MUST be scanned-in by the shipping provider to be considered "dropped off."
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective Items: If you are requesting a return and refund for your purchase because of damage, defectiveness, or other issues, you must submit a photo of the item with your request. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (on us) and instructions.
Customer Remorse: If you request a return for an item not related to damage or other similar issues, you will be responsible for the return shipping upon approval of the request. This means that you will need to purchase your own shipping label and provide us with tracking information to ensure that the item scans-in on time and arrives safely.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective. Your return request should include a photo of the damaged item, or we will be unable to approve the return.
Replacement in Lieu of Return: If you would prefer a replacement item in lieu of a return and refund, we will ship one to you completely free of charge (exception: we cannot provide a replacement if the item was one-of-kind, you may simply return the item and we will refund you).Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item before your refund is processed. If you prefer to wait until your refund is processed, the new replacement item you want may no longer be available. You can make this decision at your own risk.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the item is in its original condition and otherwise meets the return criteria described above, we approve your refund for the full amount. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
